Free Sourcing Service Agreement

This agreement is between Yiwu Zhaochou Import & Export Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") and the applicant named in the form below ("you"), and applies only if you are selected in this month's programme.

1. What we provide at no charge

If selected, we provide our sourcing services for one order without charging our service fee. This covers product sourcing, supplier verification including a physical factory visit, price negotiation, quality inspection, and arranging shipment.

2. What you pay for

Our work is free. The goods and everything around them are not. You remain fully responsible for:

• the cost of the goods, paid to the factory
• freight, shipping and insurance
• customs duties, import taxes, VAT and any other government charges in your country
• bank transfer fees, currency conversion and payment processing charges
• any third-party certification, laboratory testing or inspection you request beyond our standard check

We never hold or handle money on your behalf. You pay the factory and the freight company directly.

3. Selection

Applications open on the first day of each month and close automatically 24 hours later. Two applicants are selected and announced on the fifth day of the month. Selection is at our sole discretion. We are not obliged to explain why any application was or was not chosen, and we may select nobody in a given month if no application is suitable.

4. Your obligations

You confirm that the information you give is true, that you are legally able to import the goods into your country, and that the product is legal to export from China and to import where you are. You agree to respond to our messages within three working days. If we cannot reach you for seven days, we may withdraw the offer and select another applicant.

5. Limits of what we promise

We will carry out our work with reasonable care and skill. We do not manufacture the goods and we do not guarantee the acts of any factory, freight company or customs authority. Our total liability under this agreement is limited to the value of the services we provided, which in this programme is zero. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Publicity

If selected, you agree that we may publish your first name, the initials of your other names, your country and the product category on our website. We will not publish your full name, contact details, prices or business information without asking you first.

7. Ending the agreement

Either of us may end this agreement in writing at any time before the factory is paid. If you end it after we have begun work, you owe us nothing. If you have already paid a factory, that money is a matter between you and the factory.

8. Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. We will attempt to settle any dispute by discussion before taking any other step.

9. Signature

Typing your full legal name in the signature field is your electronic signature and has the same effect as signing on paper. We record it with the date, the time and your IP address.
